I know guys that you all are bored of munching the same snacks like french fries 🍟 ,burgers and so on . I have been also doing the same. For a change ,once I tried an experimental recipe for my evening hot cup of tea ☕️. I have tasted this snack when I went to India last year .
This savoury corns are low in calories and very filling for our craving as well as very cheap 💸.
It would take just five minutes only.
-3 boiled sweet corns
-1/2 chopped onions
-1 chopped tomato
-1/2 cup coriander leaves
-2tbsp chaat masala
-1 tsp dry mango powder
-1 cup Sev ( crunchy noodles made from chick pea flour paste)
-salt required amount
(Optional- Grated carrot 🥕,chopped capsicums,green peas,pomegranate)
-Take a clean and dry bowl.
– Add all the ingredients together mix well (include the masalas as well).
Dry mango powder and chaat masala gives the tangy flavour to the recipe .
You can get these dry ingredients in any of the Asian grocery stores.
Yummy and crunchy sweet corn chaat is ready .
